Game Pass cloud sync

The Cloud sync is supposed to be automatic as long as you have the Cloud turned on for both devices. However, Music Pass content is not automatically added to the Cloud... stupid, yes, but that's how it is. You should be able to add the Music Pass stuff
to the Cloud through your computer. As long as its part of the Cloud, it should be good to go for syncing.

I'm having the same issue. For me its the cloud sync that causes the crashing. When I re-install it and start it up again I cancel the cloud sync and it runs just fine. I can't find any fix for it or any way to delete cloud save data for PC game pass games.

The simple answer is to sign out and resign in. That is typically the issue. Here's a link to cloud data. That said it could very well be a common server issue:

The cloud syncing to the phone has been a little iffy since it's launch. What the tech support for Xbox Music will tell you is to make sure the tracks you are adding are part of the Cloud. Please note that Music Pass content is not automatically added to
the Cloud.

If you're making a playlist out of Music Pass content and that is not syncing, the music has to be added to the Cloud collection, usually through Xbox Music on Windows 8.

hello george, I also mentionned that I was using game pass ultimate version on pc as they are sync.

But I'm guessing it's cloud save enabled anyway.
