    Game Pass Cloud App Not Working


    I have tried multiple accounts on multiple devices.

    I get an error at the bottom the screen that says cloud gaming may be restricted in my region. Im in the UK, I dont use a VPN, I'm subscribed to GP Ultimate.. I cant play at all.

    Before anyone asks, yes im using the correct Game Pass app. I had previously used the Beta app totally fine?

    I either get greyed out Play buttons or the option to install only.

    Ive reached out on live chat and on twitter about 10 times in the past week and had nothing back?

    Super bad servcie. I dont want to cancel it if i can help it. For what its worth I can play Stadia in 4K no problem.

    Xbox game pass for Android won't run games on my new phone.

    I tried all 3 suggestions. Currently, the regular game pass app says "install to" for cloud games, and the game pass beta app has the "play" button dimmed for cloud games and doesn't work.

    In order to play on your mobile through cloud gaming, you would need to have a game pass Ultimate.

    Xbox Live Gold will only give you access to play online through your console. While Game pass Ultimate includes gold, game pass for PC, game pass for console, EA play.

    Yes - the game is Xbox play anywhere title.

    To access cloud gaming, you would need to have game pass Ultimate.

    If you buy the game on PC, you can only install the game on your PC and can't be accessed through cloud if you don't have game pass Ultimate regardless.

    "Failed To Start Cloud Gaming Session" Fix?

    I had this same problem since this morning. Not sure if this is the fix, but it began working.

    I have been using the Xbox Game Pass (beta) to play cloud games. This is the app that stopped working.

    I went on Google Play and downloaded the Xbox Game Pass (not beta) app. The game started this time.

    Again I'm not sure if that's the solution, but it worked for me.
