GAME PASS, can not download games - error 0x87E0000D

Hello guys,

I went through internet forums and saw that people had problems with downloading games with game pass. I haven't found any reasonable fix to that problem tho.

Basically I can not download any of the games that are available in microsoft store/xbox beta PC app. Whenever I try to download it through app it holds on 0% for couple minutes and then I receive error "0x87E0000D".

Any ideas how to fix that? The only game that I was able to download was Ori and it was first game that I downloaded through app, couple minutes later I tried Metro and then was the first time that the error occured. Since then no luck with downloading other
games.

I know its beta version, but c'mon, it should work SOMEHOW ;/

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get past these installation problems. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. I suggest trying the steps outlined in our support page entitled Troubleshoot
game installations on Windows 10.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

Same game (PUBG), I bought as digital download when it released in Dec 2017. Same issue, just comes up saying installation cancelled, then an error code 0x87e0000d
