Discus and support Game pass broken for many users? Games pending install? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm asking if many other game pass users are having problems downloading games?     Game pass broken for many users? Games pending install?


    I'm asking if many other game pass users are having problems downloading games? I have implemented every solution Microsoft has suggested even reinstalling windows but still can't download any games, it always shows 'Pending'. Are you sure that a windows update isn't causing the error?

    [/quote]Ummm word of the wise. The game isn't broken, Rockstar stated NOT to install the game disc to your harddrive because they're having a problem with it. A fix is in the works I believe but i'm not sure.

    Destiny update

    So i got mine to work finally.. I went into manage game for destiny. there was the update pass pending installation, I installed that season pass update. Then after that, I launched the game and it told me there was an update pending for 66 MB. It then
    installed without issue. So maybe that pass part had to be installed first? Or they fixed the issue on the server side. This is what worked for me.

    The 990MB download is for the main launcher. It's how the game is installed. You run it and it opens up a game manager that then prompts you to install the game data etc. That's when it'll download the remaining 151GB.

    Think of it as 2 installation systems for the game. It's frustrating and clearly broken for many.
