Discus and support Game Pass and Xbox Live Quest pages showing me not having active subscriptions in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I just went to check the Quest pages for Xbox Live and Game Pass and both web sites have me listed as not having an active membership in either.     Game Pass and Xbox Live Quest pages showing me not having active subscriptions


    I just went to check the Quest pages for Xbox Live and Game Pass and both web sites have me listed as not having an active membership in either. This is wrong, my Live membership is active until May of 2020 and my Game Pass membership is paid off through
    mid December of this year. Please investigate and fix this as I do not want to miss a quest due to faulty web site tracking.

    Bug Xbox Game Pass

    Is Xbox Game Pass listed on your
    Microsoft Account Services     page? If so, Click Manage, Choose Turn off auto-renew, Select Confirm cancellation.

    If not, is your Xbox showing that you have an active Xbox Game Pass subscription (i.e. can you go in and download and play an Xbox Game Pass game)?

    Xbox Quests & Game Pass Goals.

    This might be the wrong forum to post in but I tried to choose the best one with what options were presented to me.

    I cannot see Xbox quests anywhere in Xbox live gold, even though I have an active subscription. I also cannot see game pass goals in Xbox game pass. Again, I have an active subscription. Xbox support hasn't been much help. What should I do?

    Hi

    Firstly can you please check the status of your subscriptions on the
    Microsoft Website     to confirm they are still showing as active. After his can you please try a full console restart by pressing the Xbox button on the controller and from the right hand tab select restart, If this does not help can you please try

    removing your profile     from the console carry out another restart and re install your profile.

    I did check the dates, which is why I listed them - both are active until those dates. Furthermore this is a WEBSITE issue and not related to the console in any way, so that advice is of no help. Your last advice also is irrelevant to the matter and bad
    advice to give as an ambassador - being one myself. That generic advice you gave is in no way helpful nor applicable to this situation.

    Anyway it appears they have now fixed the web tracking pages for Game Pass and Xbox Live, both are now showing as having a current membership.

    Did you find out how/why they got fixed? I've been having the same problem with Game Pass stating that I have no sub and I don't get any responses here unfortunately.

    Did you find out how/why they got fixed? I've been having the same problem with Game Pass stating that I have no sub and I don't get any responses here unfortunately.

    I can't switch my account to active or contact anyone via callback.

    Hi thanks for the reply.

    The code shows as activated/redeemed. I have also paid full price again for a one month subscription which also shows as active. When I go into the game pass app it says NOT ACTIVE and I get redirected to the subscription options page when trying to use it.

    The subscription page shows my subscription as both cancelled and active in my microsoft account page and the next billing date is shown as two months from now.

    Why can't I play games online? Even though I have ultimate game pass which includes Xbox live?

    For the Xbox Game Pass just to clarify, is it showing as active and does it show on your end if it is the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, or is it a different one?

    The one that has Xbox live should be the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate just in case a different subscription is showing.
