Game pass age filter

There is only me and it clearly states "Age Filter: Any Age" under apps and games

unfortunately the 100 games are selected by microsoft, negotiated with the developers, it does not exclusively select games for minors, it is the policy of the service that was accepted before making the purchase. parental control is exclusively for accessing the contents, precisely so that it doesn't look like there are less than 100 games, the cover is not excluded, microsoft could take some measure such as securing the covers, but so far this is how it works.

I was able to change these settings but it has no effect on what games are visible on GamePass (based on age), they still all show and higher ages are still not screened out. I will try it again, but fairly sure they don't solve the issue.

Also, even if I do screen out, games, say for above 12 years of age, it will presumably mean you would get less value from Game Pass and the void created by removing higher age games, would not be replaced by more appropriate games.

Think it is an oversight, to be honest, even if a pin was even setup, that won't solve it either, as it wont stop the higher age games showing, meaning children will see it and ask if they can install it. So you should be able to screen out games from being visible at all, based on age setting, instead of them being under the nose of children.

Quite surprising how irresponsible Microsoft are on the GamePass product, no facility / care for minors in the product whatsoever. Perhaps there are not enough safe titles, that appears to be where Nintendo wins through.
