    Good morning, I ordered Game Pass in my account yesterday. I have it on my account, but I cant find any actualization on my Xbox 360 and I didnt received any redeem code. I tried find Super Lucky´s tale in Microsoft store on my computer and automaticaly
    paid 558,- Czech crovns, but this gam should be free for membership Game pass. Now I don´t have Game Pass, games, even money. Can somebody help me, please?

    Assassin's Creed Odyssey Season Pass

    Hi

    After entering the code for the AC Odyssey Season Pass at Xbox.com/redeemcode I got confirmation that this is a valid code.

    Then a link to activate the season pass, in Windows Store, was presented.

    There was text warning me that the activation link would say Buy, but there is no cost for this activation

    I clicked through to the link at Windows Store, and the button was labeled Buy.

    After click the button the season pass were activated, but I also got billed for my activation.

    Have anyone else had the same problem?

    Ok, then confirm that you have the suscription active here

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    If it's active confirm that it's Xbox Game Pass for Pc or Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass for console won't work.

    After that be sure that the account that has the suscription active its logged in the Microsoft Store app

    Why is my xbox live was cancelled early

    If an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is active, when you redeem a code for Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass for Console it will automatically be converted. In the future, it would be best to make sure that the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is not active so it will not be converted.

    We'd like to try refreshing your profile by doing the following steps:

    Let's try briefly
    removing your profile     then afterwards,
    power cycle the console    , then redownload your profile again. Doing these steps shouldn't affect your save data as it's tied to

    cloud storage     so no worries there!

    After doing those steps, are you still not able to access Game Pass titles? Please be sure to keep us posted on your progress!

    Are different subscriptions unless you have gamepass ultimate cause provides xbox live gold, gamepass for xbox and pc
