game only installing 100mb version instead of full game

I am trying to download the full game of monster hunter monster hunter world however when I do this it only downloads a 100mb file size version of he game even tho in ready to install it says the file should be 13.7gbs I have uninstalled it and re installed
multiple times after restating my Xbox and doing a full reset of my Xbox as well as removing my profile and redownloading after each step but it always just downloads the 100mbs version, anyone got any advice or having similar problems? The only reason I bought
the game digitally was so I could pre download and play instantly at midnight

installing issues farming simulator platinum edition

HI all, uninstalled the older farming simulator 17 because i bought the newer version platinum edition, problem is, when i try to install it i have the older version installing instead and the new 1 installing as an expansion pack instead of full game at
the same time, am i missing something here, if i've uninstalled the old version why is it reinstalling instead installing the new one, i want palm trees and to harvest sugar cane!!!

Purchased article "Forza Motorsport 6" but only got VIP Membership

Dear Microsoft Support,

yesterday i bought Forza Motorport 6 (Deals with Gold).

But instead of the full game i only got some VIP Membership. In the description of the article was no hint, that this does not contain the full version of the game.

Can the transaction be unwinded or do i get the full Version?

You should receive the full download as it gets closer to launch. Preorders typically work that way. You get a small placeholder file and then the full game is available to download closer to launch. They usually stagger it so not everyone is downloading
it all at the same time. You'll still get it in time to play at launch.

i had previously tried updating both the x86 and the x64 versions but i may have done that incorrectly. also when i try to reinstall the game it seems to only install around 2Mb of data instead of the full game. i can only get a full reinstall if i delete the game files from my pc

pre-load = download game in advance ahead of the release date,

and all i have installed is a small file that is 100mb in size so that`s not the full game that is installed, with the game out this friday and i still have not been able to fully install the full game

tbh i`ve never had this problem before when pre-ordering
games

I'm having the exact same issue, game size says 13.7 gbs when I look at the ready to install part after managing the game on my Xbox however when I hit install it only downloads a 100mb size instead of the full game, I'm in he UK and I have multiple friends
in the same country who have it pre loaded, totally unacceptable as the only reason I buy digitally is so I can play at immediately midnight when the game is released
