I received the following email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. When I clicked the link I was taken to the microsoft.com store page showing Xbox Game Pass for £7.99 but no 14 days free.

I called Xbox Support and it was looked into but told that they had no control over Game Pass promotions and to contact Microsoft Support. The next day I did and the agent didn't know anything about this so transferred me to Xbox Support. While on hold for
about 10 minutes I was cut off.

Called Xbox Support again and the agent said that these emails were sent out to many customers and he said that because I used the free initial 14 day trial I would not be eligible for the promotion. Now the email clearly states that they're aware that I
have used Game Pass before and I would be eligible for another
14 days free.

Why would this be sent to me if I wasn't eligible, his response was that it may have been sent in error and there was nothing he could do. So are there people receiving this and the promotion not being honoured?



The agent had a very poor telephone manner, said nothing when I gave the verification code until I said something after to check if he was still there. When I asked how I could contact the promo department he said they do not have a phone or email which
just left me having wasted over an hour and a half.

Has anyone else had this problem and was it resolved instead o ignored?

I did not receive the game code

I did not receive the game code. I
April 4 purchased quantum break,
then the display will be presented win10
game page, while giving
another game. But until now we did not receive any
game code.Game Description says,you will receive
a redemption code within seven days to 10
days, but now has passed 14 days.But now
it is gone fourteen days I still had not
received any game.

That is odd! Typically, each account is only able to take advantage of one free game pass trial.

To help us look into this further with you, can you reply to this thread with a screenshot of the email you mention, including the portion where it mentioned an additional 14 days, and the address of the link, specifically?
