Hi there! I've been refereed from Xbox Chat Support.

I recently cancelled a pre-order of SW:BF2. It was the final game as part of the 'pre-order punchcard system'. The 15,000 points have been rewarded (not yet deposited as of writing), but was told I'd need to contact you about having them removed? As the
game has successfully been cancelled, but I do not wish to try cheat the system.

There were no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. Depending on when you preordered it, it would have either gone towards the last games on demand punchcard offer at the end of 2016, or the current games on demand punchcard offer that
is still running. In order to receive the credits, you would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer.
