    Game not working


    I preordered the Ultimate Legacy Edition of Infinite Warfare months and months ago, and just a day before it came out it started saying "To play this, you'll need to buy it: Either your purchase was refunded or your preorder was cancelled" I never refunded
    it or cancelled it, and after waiting months for this game to come out, this is what happens? I just need to know how to fix and I need help if anyone knows how to. Thanks.

    Game not working

    I just bought my used xbox360 original. I bought one game witch is Halo Reach. Everytime I put it in, it says it's a DVD. When I press it, it says XBOX360 and it stays there, but I can still get back to home. I tried everymethod, especialy the ones that
    were listed. Thank you so much if you reply.

    game not working

    hi, when going into game, play game is normal but when press this it freezes for a while goes into the worlds and the picture is all dark, i can only move sideways, cannot build, and cannot punch in survival mode, can't open inventory either. have tried
    deleting cache history and tried to re-download game but problem still persists!!!!!

    Game not working

    Please check your order transaction under on your account's >Order History page<

    It would show your "Completed" if the payment went through or it would show "Cancelled" if there is an issue with the payment by the time that Microsoft attempt to charge the payment method associated.

    Remember that Microsoft will only try to charge the payment method 10 days prior to the release date except if you used your Microsoft Account credit which is charged immediately.

    hmm i have heard of the sensitivity being random set to zero have you check it in the game settings? the inventory thing shouldn't be happening though.

    Hello, sorry to hear that.

    Do you own a real HDD? You will need this to play games like this one.

    What are "all steps"?

    Try this again:

    - Delete the game

    - Clear the system cache three times in a row (very helpful for other people)

    - Restart your console

    - Download your item through the download history in one go with no breaks

    Please report again if it worked or not.

    You can try contacting support, but everything on the marketplace does state that there are no refunds so there is no guarantee that they will be able to refund the game.

    GAMES not WORKING

    When you purchase something, you get a license to use the product for your console and your gamertag. I assume you are using a different xbox, so you would want to do a license transfer.

    Navigate to the Settings Hub and select Account.

    Select License Transfer.

    Carefully read the prompt and select Continue.

    License transfers only transfer content from one XBOX 360 to another and on the same gamertag. When you do a license transfer everything transfers, it's a all or none sort of situation. You can then use your new gamertag to play on your new xbox.

    The first bit didn't work, so I had to do the factory reset which seems to have done the trick.
