hmm i have heard of the sensitivity being random set to zero have you check it in the game settings? the inventory thing shouldn't be happening though.

What are "all steps"?

Try this again:

- Delete the game

- Clear the system cache three times in a row (very helpful for other people)

- Restart your console

- Download your item through the download history in one go with no breaks

Please report again if it worked or not.

You can try contacting support, but everything on the marketplace does state that there are no refunds so there is no guarantee that they will be able to refund the game.

When you purchase something, you get a license to use the product for your console and your gamertag. I assume you are using a different xbox, so you would want to do a license transfer.

Navigate to the Settings Hub and select Account.

Select License Transfer.

Carefully read the prompt and select Continue.

License transfers only transfer content from one XBOX 360 to another and on the same gamertag. When you do a license transfer everything transfers, it's a all or none sort of situation. You can then use your new gamertag to play on your new xbox.
