game not working and xbox denied my refund

Hello! So I recently bought star wars jedi fallen order during the sale and the game is almost unplayable. It has so many bugs, glitches, frame rate problems and has crashed my system about 3 times, I am only a couple hours in. Because this game is almost
unplayable for me I requested a refund and xbox has denied for some reason. Even though I got it on sale its still a lot of money for me and for it to have this many problems isnt right, I've never had these problems with any game before this, if you want
some proof I uploaded a gameclip. I've been using Xbox for the last 12 years and this is super uncool of them. But anyways I wrote a detailed response about how the game has been broken for me and they won't give me a refund, i just want to know whats up with
this.

Wait did you get it on xbox or pc if pc are you sure you meet the minimun requirements if you miss the proccessor or gpu requirements evennram it does affect performance

If xbox I played the disk version and as with everyone else it played great

It coulsnt have beem that bad

One you havento play 2 hours of gametime to get denied or over 14 days

And you have to reply to the email that denied you thats the only way

Dude, bought dead by daylight, and it didn’t even work. So i sent in a refund request because the game would constantly crash and was essentially unplayable, and they denied my refund request, they didnt even give me a reason for denying it. Because they
wanna keep their stupid $12 for a crappy game that doesn’t even work. Because all they care about is money, not their customers.

Hello Shady,

I am not sure how the refund process works I do know there are support agents dedicated just to the refund requests. If they have reviewed and denied the request, there are many things that come into play from what I know of. ( example previous refunds how
long you have the game, policy etc). You can reply to the email that you got when you were denied and find out why the refund was denied.

i requested a refund for cyber punk 3 days ago and it was denied. now Microsoft decided to give full refunds for the game like ps4 did. when i try to get my money back it says refund was denied, how do i fix this problem..?!?
