    Game not working and only trial available


    I downloaded the full version of cold war but it will only let me play the multi-player and zombies. Campaign is locked as it says I have to purchase the game but I already own it. All content packs are installed but no help. I have uninstalled the game and tried again but now it seems I only have access to the trial and it prompts me to buy the game? I already own it!

    Hello, do you still have the trial version downloaded?? If so I would delete that.

    Is the full game for Madden available in the "EA Access Trial"? My understanding was that only a "trial" was available currently with EA Access and the "trial" versions of Madden normally don't pop achievements until the full game is part of EA Acces

    Destiny requires a full gold subscription, so trials will not work.

    Trials only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. So not all online modes are available.

    A trial code only offers some access to online services. Not every mode of the game will be available with a trial code. Usually any ranked matches are not a party of trial offers.

    when i finish the registion of 14 day xbox live gold trial, there is no change on my account.

    Trials don't change the status of your account to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. So try playing online to see if it works. Keep in mind that not all games modes may be available and the code may only work for the
    game it came with.
