Game not working 0x800705b4 keep coming only on fallout 4

my game wouldn't work soo uninstall it and reinstalled it. it then needed a update. but the same error message pops up. something went wrong 0x800705b4 please help.

Fallout 4 coming to Xbox One would certainly make me buy one, just keep MP out of the game.

Fallout 4 Ideas!!

fallout 4 will be in Boston or San Francisco coming out 2013 or 14 and it will have better grathpics than fallout 3 which shity fallout new vegas failed to keep

I'm in the preview and got syncing problems after the start of the 1603 update, out of 55 games that for some reason I had to update it took 10 days to sync them the only game that will not sync is Fallout 4 after almost 6 weeks I had to restart the game,
Just keep hitting the retry until they sync as for Fallout 4 I tried every fix possible nothing worked.
