    Game not visible


    Hello,

    I used a redeem code on the computer to receive the game ' Max: the curse of brotherhood. Now the game is visible in my account on the computer but not on my console. When went wrong? I follow the steps on the note I received.

    What you bought would have been the console version of the game. That game is not available for PC through Microsoft.

    No, they said it would be a visible rank specifically in Halo Waypoint. That means its not visible in the game itself.

    Secondly they didn't say visible to who as far as we know it will still be visible only to you like they said originally it would be.

    Could you give more info, such as your app name? If you went on the games page on Xbox, it might link you to the app which should contain your download status

    Sorry to hear it. What you'll need to do is set your gamertag as Home on your son's console and have your son set his gamertag as Home on your console. This way you'll both have access to each others content again.
