    started downloading a game on the Xbox app on pc that is included with game pass it was all going well until i came back to my pc and the game is no longer in my manage installs tab there is no way it had finished there was still about 50 gb left on the install and was only away for 15 mins when searching the game again only give the option to start a new install but the space that was used for the previous install isn't freed up so cant select the drive i want

    I've already tried restarting the app signing out and restarting and just restarting my system but nothing is working

    Could you give more info, such as your app name? If you went on the games page on Xbox, it might link you to the app which should contain your download status

    Sorry for the long wait. You may want to type %temp% in the start menu and delete everything you don't need.

    I suggest you install the app while on the install page (Microsoft Store) and not go off it.

    Alright. Can you please go to "My games and apps" > Library > Owned games > Locate the game?

    Check if the game is visible from there for you to install.
