Game not showing update

If its not showing up that could mean that your game has already updated to the most current version or since you are the only one that isn't getting the update the problem could be having something to do with it being your game, which if that is the case I would contact Xbox support about it like I recommended in my last reply. One other thing you could try is making the update non optional to see if the update pops up.

That’s the correct version but why wouldn’t it show up on my Xbox that’s there’s an update?

So I installed the game from the store and the version that was downloaded was Version 1.1.3.70

Usually when there is an update available for a game it prompts the user to update that game before they can play it as long as they are connected to xbox live.

Here is a couple things I would troubleshoot.

1. Go to My Games and Apps and click the start button on the game and then go to Manage games and add-ons to check if its the same version as the one I provided as that was the version I got from downloading it off the store.

2. If the version is not the same right under where it lists the game version there should be an updates tabs to check if there is any available updates for the game.

3. If that doesn't work I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if it installs the most recent version of the game for you off of the store.

4. If that doesn't work either I would contact Xbox support with this link here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/browse find the topic that you think best suits your problem, click on it and on the right side there should be a contact Xbox support button. Since everyone else can get the update besides you it sounds like it may have something to do with you being the creator of the game.

Could you give some more specifics, like what the game is and if its still letting you play even without the update?

Either way if the game isn't letting you play cause you need an update and it isn't coming up I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game so that the most recent updated version of the game is installed.
