    Game not showing up in ready to install list...


    I bought WWE 2K16 digitally a couple of years ago and I wanted to mop up leftover achievements in the game so I can continue playing WWE 2K19. However when I went to my games, only WWE 2K15 is showing up. I thought I might have hidden it from the list by
    mistake but when I've unhidden all the games, it still doesn't show up and with it being an old game, it no longer shows up in the Xbox Store for me to install it. Is there any possible work around without having to pay for a physical copy?

    EDIT: I've finally managed to get the game back. I went into my achievement list, which brought me to the official club and a lovely big button saying "Launch Game". I was getting pretty stressed out as I paid £79.99 for the game way back when but I'm pretty
    relieved now that I managed to fix the issue.

    Update:

    Never mind. I guess i should have tried the hard reboot option first. The list has showed up again.

    Thanks for the reply!
    If the problem persists after the soft
    factory reset of the console    , please try the Full Factory reset.



    In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose
    Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with
    Reset and keep my games & apps     and save Reset and remove everything as a last resort.
    Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.

    We suggest if it hasn't already been done, to clear the game cache since the issue might be on the local saved games:

    How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

    Settings

    System

    Storage

    Clear Local Saved Games

    Yes and Restart

    IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.

    It's the internal hardrive on the sysyem. 1TB. I have no peripherals or external drives attached to my xbox.
