Game not showing up in My games and apps

Hello,

I recently purchased Destiny: The taken king in the xbox game store. After the purchase it said the game installed but it doesnt show up in my games and apps. I received a email confirming my purchase but the game is not available. I then had microsoft customer
support call me to try to resolve the issue. They were unable to help and sent me here. So, people of the internets, i come seeking your help...

Xbox child activity report missing data

Confirmed with my kids, certain apps and games are not showing up, will post a bug report for this.

Fable 2 on X1

Yeah I have the same thing happening as well. Have Fable 2 in my download que but not showing up in My Games and Apps

Hi, just to be sure did you buy the expansion or the bundle that include destiny + the expansion?

If you bought Destiny: The Taken King it only include the DLC but you will need the base game to play it. If you buy Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition, it will include the base game and the expansion.

yes i am on the installed and it is filtered to show all.

You mentioned that you tried to reset the console. Do you mean a factory reset? Settings > System > Console info > Reset this xbox > Reset and keep my games and apps?

Also, your installed games do not show or the games you purchased but don't installed do not show?

Try doing a factory reset keeping all games and apps. go to settings>system>console info>reset console
