Game not showing on my xbox 1

Check if you can find the game in your purchase history and the purchase status is ''completed'', on this link you can check your purchase history.

If the purchase status is ''completed'', clean your console's MAC and try to install the content through the library or store.

To clean the MAC follow this path
Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

I have a few dozen games that do not show up on my ready to install section. I looked on my Xbox 1 and shows all my games, but on my series X is missing some

I did it through my xbox I go to the main profile it. It shows my new one and then right below it. It also shows my old one and when I go on to games and also shows my old 1 as the user.
