    Game Not Showing after Purchase


    Hi there!

    I purchased a game from the xbox store on November 16, but the game is not showing up in the library or the queue for me to install.

    I also went to the settings, under payment and billing and checked the order history and it says that I did purchase it on that date. But as I mentioned before it's not showing up in the queue at all.

    Is there any way to resolve this?

    Assistance or ideas will be greatly appreciated

    Yeah I tried that on both consoles, even after deleting my account and the game and redownloaded it.

    The funny thing is that I purchased two DLC's for the same game and the other one shows up no problem.

    I apologize but since the status of the order is completed it means that it's successful and it will now depend on the game support on how you can access it inside of the game.

    That's odd, have you tried to install the DLC by checking the games and add-ons page?

    1. In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

    1. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

    3. Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen, and then choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.

    4. Select the checkbox for each item that you want to install (or uncheck to uninstall), and then select Save changes.
