    Game not showing after keying in code


    After keying in the code for Halo 5, got message "Congrats you now own Halo...". Went to queue but nothing was showing to download nor is it in game list. Tried re-entering code but get message "code has already been used". How do we get the game?

    Lego Star Wars III Download Code not valid !?

    I bought a 320Gb Media Hard Drive with the Lego Star Wars III included i.e. with a Download Code inside. However, after keying in the code the Xbox is telling me that the code is invalid. Please help.

    Halo 4:Limited Edition Infinity Actual Kit not getting detected.

    I have the Halo 4: Limited Edition. I have downloaded the Infinity Actual Kit by keying in the code. But in the game I am not able to see the Recruit Prime Armor or the in game Emblems. I am not talking about the specialization as I am aware they unlock
    only after SR 50. Now I am worried whether the game would recognize the Infinity Actual Kit for future Map packs. I have tried reinstalling the Infinity Actual kit and clearing system cache. None have worked so far.

    I have filled out the Xbox live beta like 2 to 3 days!!!!

    When you are on the connect site, there should be tabs on the left. When you see the product key tab show up, you should have a product key right there. If one is not showing up, there is a link to "request new product key".

    After you redeem the code, it will probably take a few days before you get the update itself, and access to the private feedback forums.

    I thankfully had a document created long ago with my keys but I am in the same boat. The marketplace shows no serial keys and instead says: "An unknown error has occurred" for both Game Activation keys and Live Access Codes.
