    Game not playing


    Just finished a download of "Max The Curse Of The Brotherhood" amongst 2 other games and it will not play (One says it has installed but refuses to even open) ? The network test page says "Sorry there is a problem our side etc". How can I verbally chat
    with a human to make sense of this a new purchase console ? So far very unhappy with the service Not On Offer !!!

    My fat xbox does not show game pic on dashboard only says play game. click to start any game it logs live off then returns to dashboard and relogs me back into live. i have tried removing update, clearing cache, resetting up console, changed drives out.
    no luck. plays cd fine. if i try the game details it gives you the 8c230002 code for xbox service. Anyone got a clue. this is getting very old with xbox i have 2 ps3's and never had a issue with them but the 360's i'm on my 4th one in 5 years

    Hi there.

    Take a look at Xbox support here
    http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-360/disc-drive/disc-drive-solution     which may be able to help. This will talk you through what is happening by you selecting options eg which console you have, and giving solutions which may help. You can answer yes or
    no as it if this helped, and if it did not you will be given more options.

    I have had this problem in the past, and I have found if your console is on it's side, if you stand it up it can then sometimes work - worth a try atleast.

    It's nothing like Dragon Age. You may want to watch a few YouTube gameplays with commentary. I had an idea of what to expect going into this even though I never played Demon Souls, and it's way better than I thought it would be. Traditional RPG expectations
    should be put aside. It's Zelda set in the 9th Circle of Hell. You will be given very little direction. There's no story to hold your hand. In all honesty, it's not for everyone.
