Game not installing on Xbox one after redeeming code

I have pre ordered the game off of amazon and have already redeemed my code on the call of duty website. I then redeemed the code which the website provided on the xbox store. After redeeming the code i searched the game on the xbox store to try and install
it, and it then said that i own the game however there is no option to install it. The game is also not in my ready to install list

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on redeeming codes. You should be able to redeem the code with the game still installed. If it shows you don't own after redeeming code,

power cycle the console.

Are you getting any error while trying to install the game? Is the error during redeeming the codes, or after redeeming them?

What game is that?

Are you able to see the game with order status completed in your Microsoft account order history?

Try using the code for Digital Combo on 360 or Xbox.com after redeeming code go to Ghosts on Xbox One and download.

From a review on Amazon Digital Combo version;

You simply boot up your xbox 360. Go to redeem a code and then download the game. Once that is done. Log onto your xbox one. And go to games and then obviously cod ghosts. And then it says install free. You need to make sure that you use the same gamer tag.
