Game not in ready to install tab

Hi

I purchased forza 7 ultimate edition a couple of weeks ago but the game is currently missing from the ready to install tab, I tried to refresh My games and apps section but it didn’t help.

I’m sure that my game was still available here last week, so I need your help to fix this.

Note that I’m thankfully able to download it from the store.

Yes I can install the game from the store, only way to do it.

when the download starts, i see the game in the left tab (installed games) but when I cancel the download the game doesn’t show in the right tab (ready to install) as it should be.

I tried yesterday a classic restart (my xbox is not set on Instant On power mode) and also checked after a 3 hours shut down.

After reading your answer I just power cycled, with the 10 seconds cable unplug and plug, but it didn’t help.

Sorry for your trouble dear sir. Have you tried hard reset console as described here. Or maybe you hide it from your ready to install list.

you can download and install the game from the store but it doesn't show in ready to install? So just download and install the game direct from the store problem solved.....

I think you are going a little deep on this one.

I don't understand why it happens but sometimes the games are hidden, put it in the option where the games of Xbox one and xbox 360 are shown and then select the option that you like
