Game not in "My games and apps", but Store says "Installed".

This has happened to me twice now, first with "Never Alone Arctic Collection" and now with "Battlefield Hardline".

I Install the games from the Store, no problems there. 100% download complete, and then puff! The game is not to be seen in "My games and apps", and if I navigate to the game inside the store, is just displays "Installed", like with every other game I bought.

Now, I cant play, uninstall or reinstall.

Can any of you guys help me?

Installation aborted - Store says installed but i can't find it on my tablet

Hey, after i startet the installation it was aborted. After that the store says it is installed on my tablet but i cannot find it in my app-list. The games app also says "Play" but links to the store where it says it is installed. Any idea?

No. And that is the strange thing. I bought it. Store says that "I own this game" but there is nothing to download.

Hard restart your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it beeps and turns off. Turn it back on and it should be there. It worked for me.

This is via Xbox app? Or are you installing the games from the Microsoft Store?

I did that. The game now appears in my

games and apps but it says i need to install it and prompts me to search for it on the microsoft store. When i go to the microsoft store page the only option is play not install, and then i get the same prompt in a loop.

Hi, Since the store says you own it, try downloading the game from your ready to install section of my games and apps instead, it may work from there.

Hey, I found a post saying to install/download any different non game pass app from the store (I did microsoft's email app) and now i can play my game pass games again

In the Microsoft store, does it show the game as "already owned"? Have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it from the store?

No, When i go to the store it says to buy it. Its downloaded on the xbox will give me an option to uninstall where my games and apps are even though it says i need to install it
