Game not in library

I purchased forza horizon 2 on my xbox 1 the other day but it doesn't show up in my games library.

It appears in my download history but I can't launch it from there either.

The store also only gives my the option to give as a gift.

The way family sharing should work

Have a separate library on the dashboard for 'shared games'. This library contains games that you do not own but have received from your friend's game library. To play games in this library you need an internet connection, (this library could be disabled
if there is no connection, similar to the 'my pins' library on the X360). This way Microsoft can still keep an eye on who's playing who's version of the game, and game sharing is still possible. Digital is the future, disc based gaming is outdated.

Thanks for the fast answer.

I alredy tried to restart the console but I hadn't try to delete and add my account, so I tried but it didn't work.

I re-entered the code again and got a Message that says: Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.

The Instruction says, that I have to go to xbox.com and redeem the code there, but appears the same message. What confuses me is that the code is showing as redeemed in my Orders.

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with your game not appearing in your game library. When you say you purchased on serious key site what page are you referring to?

Was the purchase in the form of a digital prepaid code that you redeemed to your account? Make sure that the code is showing as redeemed through your

Order History. If you see that it was successful then go ahead and
Remove and then Add your account on the Xbox One and then take another look. If you do not see the game then it is possible that it was not redeemed properly.

First thing to check is that you were signed in to the correct Gamertag when you redeemed the code. If you're positive on that, try restarting the machine and then check the 'ready to install' section again.

Indeed, if you're using the same Microsoft account where these games were purchased and it's compatible with your Xbox console you should be able to find and install them from there.

Make sure to check your order history to validate if you're using the correct account by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.
