Game not avalible in my account?

it says play so im assuming i bought it / had it on games pass

If you're not sure if you actually bought it, check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows the purchase. If it doesn't show there, then you haven't purchased it.

The game was removed from Game Pass a while ago so if you were only playing it through Game Pass, you would no longer have access and would need to buy the game to continue playing it.

Did you previously buy it or were you playing it through Game Pass?

The issue was not fixed.

Step 1 was completed without issue and there were no problems with my account.

Step 2 was also completed without issue, as the settings were already implemented. The game still cannot connect to xbox live.

Step 3 cannot be completed, as there is only one account on this device, and the option to remove is not avalible, only the option to administrate.

My guess is, this is due to it being the only account avalible in my device.

EDIT:

I managed to complete step 3 by creating a local account. It did not solve my issue.

according to the xbox store the game is avalible to play now under my games and apps it still sais pre ordered that im to early yet i look under the microsoft store and it sais play dosen't say avalible till 5pm
