Your account is European?

Your game buyed in europen?

And you live in Singapore?

If the answer for all of that is yes, i have a shoot, that game has a IP block and that can´t permit people living in regions outside can download that; if the account region matchs that´s dosen´t metter because the IP metter in that case (if you have the
code and download from "outside" IP the mensage is exactly you script in your mensage the game is don´t avaliable in your region..., you have only three options... wait they free the IP, most rare but that case ocours...how i say in Brazil people buyed the
Gears Triple pack see that transform in double because the extra campain in most of time is blocked by IP and i have the code for download that!!!, in March for my surprise i enter whif my code just to confirm after redem codes from others games i buy and
for my surprise they free the download...impossible is not but rare is this option, you can create a singapore and try (only do that if you buy the game in singapore) or wait you back for europe to your IP can be free to download that...

Just want to help add traction that yeah I've been having this problem as well and I can see Ryan linked my post here previously.

Wish it was getting fixed because it's frustrating to be paying for a service (and not being able to use it fully) which you are unable to fix because the root cause may be either at Microsoft's or the ISP's end, in my case that being Fibrus.

Yeah as I said before he could play it on his phone and tablet so the cloud services are up and running. I also checked the website and it has a green tick and is working ok. We talked with Xbox support but they don't know so nobody can help us it seems.
