    I recently bough apocz and the game wasn't added to my library so I sent an email to support and never received a reply and know I'm trying to get a refund on the game how do i do do

    Since the "One Step Closer" offer took place in February, before Ghost Recons was released, your purchase would have been a preorder and preorders are not eligible for VIP.

    it's not up to microsoft to add those games. it's the developer that has to also publish them on xbox.

    If you have a Twitter, you should tweet your idea @ the publisher of those titles and let them know you'd like to see them come to Xbox. I'm sure you're not alone.
