Game no received

Hello, I have participated in the offer "the day gamerscore" microsoft, I have a gamerscore of more than 10,000, so I received from microsoft (27/08/2015) 110€ discount to offer a Friend looking for a xbox one ..

We used the code on the Microsoft store and everything went well he had the one with xbox € 110 discount

But I still have not received the game that my ofre promised "forza horizon 2"

I have the same problem with a second code (23/10/2015) I provided a friends (and he used) and I still waiting games gears of war Ultimate edition ..

I contacted the support microsoft 7 times, and the last is recommeded coming here... pls fix this problem, I think I was pretty patient

Name your game- no email received

I did not receive an email for my forza redemption code when I entered my name your game 16 digit code that came from the name your game 500 Gb xbox bundle. I entered the code around the 24th or 25th of December and it said i would get an email within 24
hours, however it never sent the email. The game code says it has expired on the card, and i never received the game code.

 

No credits received for game purchases

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Just one last question: I did not get the games codes xbox 360 gears of war 1 2 3 and judgment because I did not play before 26 Decembers on gears of war ultimate edition... But I received the code gears ultimate edition only January 6
