Game needs parent approval

Good evening,

My son has purchased a game using a voucher on his profile its not showing in his games list but others have recently

It requires parental approval when I try to approve it from my account it is asking for payment again

I cant get the answer via Message and when I try and call it says service is unavailable help please its driving us mad

I understand you need assistance with your son's account. If you already added his account to your Family Group as a MEMBER, kindly sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/family/home then click on his account. Once you're on his account, scroll down the page and then click on the "Spending" tab and make sure to turn off "Require approval for every purchase". It should be like this;

You will need to follow the directions below:

•Sign in to Xbox LIVE by using the account that you want to change.

•Go to Settings, and then select Account.

•Select Promote Child Account.

•Follow the on-screen instructions to promote the account.

Thank you for your previous response. I attempted to follow the instructions given in the link you provided. However, when I first created the account myself I was a child, now that I'm grown, I wish to promote to an adult account. The problem is that there
is no other associated adult or any other person at all for that matter. Therefore, the problem is that I cannot find any facility in order to perform the 'promotion' task.

Any assistance you will provide would be greatly appreciated.
