    Since I downloaded "Volcanoes" I no longer receive gold from finishing puzzles. What's REALLY weird is that collections done before the download still give gold. So I figured I would download another collection and see if I can get gold from those. I don't
    receive reward.

    Gotcha. Yeah, that's definitely a weird one since it was misbehaving on all drives. At this point though, since the refund has been issued, we're going to stop troubleshooting for that content. Was there anything else that you have not been refunded for
    that's still misbehaving?
