Can't make a purchase in a gaming app

Hello, Sharra88. Thanks for reaching out! My name is Lucas. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user just like you. I'll be happy to assist you today.

Would you please tell me what country do you live in? Also, is the credit card you are trying to use from the same country?

And would you please confirm if your Microsoft account profile (https://account.microsoft.com/profile) and billing address (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses) matches your country and the credit card billing address?

    Waiting for your reply.

    Make files app

    Hi Matthew!

Can you please tell me more about the issue?

How are you trying to download music on Xbox? May I know the exact model/generation of the Xbox console you're using? Or are you on Windows PC?

    Make files app

You cannot download files to the Xbox

Edge is sandboxed to prevent malware.

You’ll need to access your files by putting them on a flash drive
