Game loadup ends back at dashboard

Hi all, desperate need help.

Basically what ever game I click on to play, within roughly 10 - 15 seconds it will just go back to my dashboard, I've tried to power reset and also factory reset my Xbox, re installed a few games and still no luck. Tia

Ok I'll try that, and when I did the rest I reset everything. I transferred everything on the my external hardrive and the did the reset, started it all from fresh

Hello !

I post my massage her because I've same problems why my Xbox games during a few days.

When i start to play (Halo MCC, Froza Horizon 4 ...) my game come back to te Xbox dashboard after 1 or 2 minutes.

PS : All my game are digital (I don't have any material Games)

I buy my Xbox S 1 month ago (1To)

I try to clear all cache on my Xbox

Delete my profile

UnInstall and download all my game

Factory reset (and doawnload again all games)

And i'm not enrolled in the Xbox Insider program

Did have any solution ?

As previously stated by fellow XBF Jasmine the best bet at this point would be to look into a repair by going through either our

Device Page or
Requesting a Callback from one of our Xbox Support Specialists since they would be the best equipped, tool wise, to handle this issue. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

Does this happen only with games or this also happens to apps? Does this happen only to your profile or to all the others?
