Game loading hangs after entering parental unlock

I am having trouble launching games that require parental consent. After entering the code for my son, the console just sits with a spinning indicator. Pressing the Xbox button on the controller takes us back to the home screen, but the game never actually
loads.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

No, that's not what I meant. I was merely mentioning when you powered off your console, then going back to playing, loading screen hangs for a long time w/o actually loading your initial game save, dashboard, fire game back up, reload a different save, once
that loads w/o hangging, then attempt to load your actual game save you want to play. (Only way around that issue where loading screen hangs w/o actually loading.)

Because your Parental lock is still on your account. you need to unlock it by entering your email and password for your account and agree so you can enjoy the service.

Yeah I tried different browsers. It seems the online service center has changed now and everything works up to the point where I enter a product ID, then it just hangs and never loads.

It might be the hard drive clear the ceach with power cycle.
