Game List not updating

The game list on my profile is not updantig. If I play a new gamet that I never played it won't appear in my profile game list or if I play a game that I already played and it's in my list it won't go up in the list. Anyone have any Idea about what can be
causing this? This is been happening for a week, already cleaned the cache and did other things but the problem continues

And since today all my xbox one games are shown with 0 gamerscore on my profile.

Same problem there for me, on Reddit and Jeuxvideo.com is a post with the same issue, i since its 5/7 days for me, i have delete my profil, hard reboot, but we have no find issue for this. ( Sorry for my bad English i am French )

For this games issue, let's try briefly
removing your profile, power cycle, then redownload your profile again.

Also, do you happen to notice this Games list issue when you try looking at your games on the Xbox One app on a Windows 10 device?

Hi Mister Kernel, i have try what you say and nothing fix it, the problem is on the Xbox One and Windows 10 app's. We are much to have this problem, please report this, i have this for 9 days, thanks.

Thanks for trying those steps! This was something that we reported to the proper teams & should be resolved now. When you can, could you try out the previous steps that we recommended of briefly removing your profile & power cycling your console?

 

Hello, this has been my issue for the last 3 weeks. I’ve contacted support and all they say is that they are looking into it and pass me off to the forums. Mister Kernel it is 100% not resolved and im frustrated why I can’t get any help.

I’ve done absolutely everything on my end. I’ve formatted my drive. I’ve deleted my profile, I’ve downloaded my profile on a different Xbox, I’ve manually downloaded an offline update. Everything that’s been suggested and nothing has worked. This is a serious
internal glitch on the Xbox live side that’s messed some accounts up.

Can anyone help please?
