Game libary wont load

My game library (Games &apps) wont load .when I go to update and game and go to my games&apps it just gose grey and then gose completly black . I cant play any games as they all have to update but cant because of this issue .If anyone know y this is or
how to fix it plz let me know trew this or add me on xbox and let me know trew messeges thank you .

Power off console and restart than.

Sometimes my Xbox does that also.

Once you factory reset your console, all you need to do is simply log into your Xbox account again, and all of your games/DLC should show up in the "Ready to Install" list in "My Games & Apps".

for me it was not needing a disc to play a game and the games libary i wanted

Try to refresh the "Games & Apps" section (using "option" button on your controller when you're on the section), or try to perform a

power cycle, then try again.

If the games are installed on external HDD, try to disconnect it and connect it to another USB port.
