Thanks for the update and that the steps didn't work for you. We recommend getting with AMD and see if they have a solution or update for your hardware. As it is specific to your graphics card.

Hello XBF Crystal P,

It's not a problem listed on the list but tried the possible solutions. It seems to be a problem with AMD GPUs. Other games are working fine but Ark Survival Evolved crashes after about 10 minutes playing and the screen stop working but you can still hear
the sound of in game actions. But there's no video working only a lot of colored stripes on the screen, cant close the game or do anything with Task Manager, only solution is pressing Reboot.

Launch the game that should give you the option to update it.

When you go into the overall game's Menu (upper left corner at the initial launch of the game) and go to game options and select reset settings, close out the game, relaunch and see if it gives you the option to select a new difficulty when you launch Pyramid.
