Game lag and game sound lag.. help pls

Hello all, not sure if this is the correct place for this post but here goes.. So I mainly play SWAT on Halo and I recently upgraded all my stuff.. internet to fiber optics, xbox to a new xbox one x, a new headset, new controller and I'm also hardwired.
I cant really play anymore because every single game is laggy, the game sound is choppy and cuts out in party chat every game as well. When I join partys we can never find a game but when I leave they can. People in game are twitchy and their characters seem
to look like they're fast forwarding and rewinding when they move and seem to shoot at me when they aren't facing me. I would love some suggestions on how to fix it if there's even a way. A friend told me about switching to ipv6 but my isp doesnt support that
and I'm currently on 1pv4. In basically every game I either trade or my shots never register and I die after shooting them about 4 times in the head. Melee never works and hitting the x button to run takes about 3 to 4 tries to even work. Before I even respawn
I'm already getting shot at and I feel like I'm delayed in game 99% of the time. Its so frustrating because my xbox shows that I'm connected well, my latency is 15ms, and my upload and download speed is 200+. Anyways that was long and my grammar blows (its

Iwould recommend rebooting your modem and router, as well as your Xbox. Are other games experiencing issues with online lag or is it just Halo?

As ForzaDrift Girl mentioned if you are part of the preview program this may be part of the problem.

If so try unenrolling from preview and see if this fixes your problem.

It sounds like a corrupted file somewhere is causing this, Have you tried uninstalling the game, Then clearing local saved games and the MAC address before installing again ?

Do you have the problem with all games?

Try to clear the system cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again.

If it doesn't work yet, try to
reset the console to the factory settings by selecting the "Reset and keep my games & apps" option.

Have you tried reinstalling the game? I know, 100gb is a lot to reinstall, but you could give it a shot. On the games list, hover over halo and hit 'start'/menu. Manage game --> uninstall. After that, insert the disc or go to the store to reintall the
game
