    Game Keys redeeming problem


    I've bought a MInecraft Bedrock key, tried to redeem it and... Nothing, I mean, it didn't appear on screen. I thought it bugged and after that, I bought one more. After redeeming second one, my Xbox library had two copies of minecraft. Like, one is Minecraft (The second key), other is Minecraft: Starter collection (The first). Soooo, is there any way to "unredeem" one of that keys? Like, it's a pity that I've wasted a key.

    While I am sure there is a pc/GFWL forum, I think your best bet would be to contact the game maker/publisher (2K Games, I think). I would also suggest checking the similar looking characters... O and 0; 1,i, and l; 8 and B ; etc. Make sure that you didn't
    mistake one for the other.

    This key is not redeemed on Xbox.com. This is your product key. Load the game up and when you log in, it should ask you to input the key at that time from within the game.

    It's a waiting game for a lot of us. If you did redeem the key through your Xbox, give it some more time. If you did not redeem the key, but you wrote it down, make sure you redeem it ASAP. Even if you do redeem it, the update will take awhile to get pushed
    to your console.
