    mein Ultimate Pass läuft ab und ich wollte verlängern. Ich gebe den Code dafür ein, er erkennt auch den Key.

    Im letzten Schritt dann kommt aber seit Stunden dann: Versuchen Sie es noch einmal. Bei uns hat etwas nicht geklappt. Warten Sie einen Moment, bis sich das Problem gelöst hat.

    Da es seit Stunden so ist bin gerade was ratlos.

    Noch jemand das Problem?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having an issue with redeeming a code. We recommend to check the

    service status     as there has been service alert for purchase and content usage. When the alert is gone, then

    power cycle     console. Once back on then try and redeem.

    das System findet auch nicht mein Netzwerk,

    ich habe jetzt Fifa 19 wieder eingelegt und das funktioniert,

    aber Call of Duty 4 möchte immer eine Aktualisierung haben mit der Taste A aber danach geht es nicht weiter
