Game keeps putting the number 3 instead of the one I selected

You put a number instead of Tunngle. The number has to be between 5000 and 65535

I have a lot of games on usb drives. I just install the game to that usb drive and when the selection comes up I select the usb drive instead of the hard drive. Basically I play the game off the usb drive instead of the hard drive of disc drive.

You just put in the selected drive when you want to play a certain game.

I have purchased the console on Dec. 1st please find the receipt attached! I was asked to select one of the 3 game options and I have selected the only not violent one (I am purchasing xbox for my children), which was Rare Replay. I have never received any
redeem code or the game since that. I will (well, let say Santa will) give the console with the games to my sons tomorrow, so last night I put everything together and realized that this game is missing. I purchased it from the microsoft website order number
is 10282332364.

Due to all games are corrupt, I suggest a full factory reset, instead of selecting keep games and apps, select reset and delete everything.

Honestly, I had issues contacting support as well. I put in a request and never got a call to my phone. My brother put in a request after I did and he was called back right away. I ended
up trying again but putting in my house number instead of my cell and I got a callback almost instantly. Although I never set up a block on my cell, it seems like their number was being blocked.
