Game keeps crashing after exiting Vault 111

Hello, I hope I can get some understanding about why this recently started happening, I can provide the facts to hopefully reach the problem.

Firstly I tested it and it only happens with mods enabled, I started a new game with mods enabled and it plays through until I left Vault 111, then it freezes before I get to sanctuary. Now, I decided to delete all of my mods and only load a few in case
it was something to do with certain mods clashing, and it still happened.

So I decided to uninstall and reinstall the whole fallout 4 game, but I haven't tried it since because I noticed something that doesn't add up. My Fallout 4 version on the xbox is 1.10.0.10, when I noticed that the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch mod says that
it requires Fallout 4 version 1.10.89 or greater, now I have modicum mathematical knowledge but isn't 1.10.89 greater than 1.10.0?

So why isn't my xbox downloading the latest update? I've made more than enough room for it on the console storage. So does anyone know what the problem might be? If you have any other questions I'll do my best to answer them, thank you for any responses.

Aside from vault 111, I have found vaults 114, 75, 81 and 95.

Getting Kicked From games repeatedly.

I have the same problem. Since i bought the game, 1st day was ok but after that it just keeps on crashing and crashing...

Hey there

first step try to power cycle your console...

then if the game is not updating by itself, you can do it manually

You can check for game updates by going to My Games and Apps then looking at the Update section. I would also recommend setting your console to Instant On and turn on background downloads so that updates will happen even when the console is turned off.

How do I power cycle my console? And how can I update games manually?

Yeah I think I'll turn background downloads on, I checked the updates on the manage game and add ons section and there isn't any apparently, but version 1.10.89 is the latest update isn't it? Mine is on 1.10.0.10
