Game keeps crashing after COD season 2 update

I'm sorry for that. The last resort is resetting the console and keeping games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Neither one of these resolved my issues I’m still able to play other games just not that specific games

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work uninstalling and reinstalling the game will be the next step.

After the season 4 update my game worked fine then I had took a break and didn't play for about 2 days all the sudden my cod won't even launch I've tried everything other games work still

Yo so i am having this same problem, i am trying to play the new cod updates (warzone) and the game crashes with in 2 mins of me in the training screen. And when i do multi player , its the same thing, game crashes after a few mins into game play. PLEASE
FIX THIS ISSUE OR HELP ME FIX IT! ITS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!
