    Game issues with download game


    I purchased ghost recon wildlands gold for 99.99 but when it downloaded it gave me standard version and i didn't get my 5% infinite boost bonus. Now it show up in my Xbox as basic standard edition and not gold edition

    So did I get screwed over and not get my season pass as well and over pay for or just pay for stuff I'm not getting.

    Either way it needs to be fixed and quick

    So I've been officially told to wait for the next update or I have to send in my xbox. Only the games mentioned above won't download. The rest of my xbox works perfectly. Could someone please advise.

    Have you had a chance to check your transactions over on
    account.microsoft.com    ? It sounds like you may have purchased the standard edition rather than the Gold edition. Let us know what you find Game issues with download game :)

    Hi both your region and location must be the same to access certain content and validate downloads or play restricted games etc.

    If your location and region are not the same you can amend by following these steps:

    support.xbox.com/.../change-region

    Please note disc based games must be compatible with your consoles region.

    What steps did you try with Support? Letting us know what you've already done would be helpful for us.

    For now, even if you've already tried to do so, cancel all your pending and paused downloads completely, then power cycle the console (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console)
    and see if that allows you to install any of the games from your Ready to Install list.
