    Bought my new xbox series s and downloading many games but even 1 game is not installing after 10gb and when I'm using my mobile data game is installing fast plss can anyone help me on this

    Download Stops after 10+ gb of download for any Game

    I am also facing same issue downloading is stopped after 10Gb+. I think thats an ISP issue because when I connect it to mobile network via hotspot downloading started working again.

    Also I have downloaded horizon forza 4 with no issue but other than that game every game stuck on 10Gb download.

    I don’t know why there is an exception for only that game.

    You should be able to download it without issues if you truly have 13.4GB. The game's full installation is about 10GB according to the description. It's 7.5GB as a download from the marketplace, the rest downloads when you open the game.

    @BiTrekual - your downloading a 10gb game from the digital store, you started it at 4.15 and at 5.15 it was over half way, what is your download speed as that will be affecting your times.

    I apologize but the last resort is using a different network connection on your Xbox console for us to validate if the issue is with the console itself.
