    I bought call of duty bo4 a long time ago and now its not in my library. I checked all accounts on my xbox and my orders and its just gone. However, I still have the demo for the private beta when that was a thing but idk if that means anything. I know for a fact I bought it but now its just gone.

    I understand you need help with your game problem.

    If you are not seeing this game on your library and on your order history, this must have been purchased on a different account before as all games that are purchased will not be removed from your orders.

    Try checking other accounts that you might have just to see if that game was bought on there somewhere on your other accounts. This is the only way to gain license of the game.

    I'm not sure about the order history thing, but have you gone through your Games and Apps to install the game? It should be listed as ready to install under Full Library.

    Have you attempted to move it from your old Xbox to your new Xbox? Have you also went to your download history and tried to download it from there?
