Game installation stops at or near 0% when I install it from game pass.

I recently went to play fallout 76 when I saw it had a 96 GB Update. I decided to do it and when it was fully done it completely deleted itself from my library. Now when I try to install it it either doesn't even go to installations or it stays at Preparing 0% the entire time. I have tried most if not all solutions online and I am at my wits end with this. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? The error code is 0x80070005

Is this the only game that you can’t install off your game pass?

Try to delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then try installing the game again.

I have the same problem.

No, there are other games too.

I have tried to download Fallout 76 cca 10 times, got to 30-40-50-60 Gb then it stopped and never resumed. One time it got to full download and still told me to do it again.

I updated Total War Warhammer III with a full reinstall again ( which is already ridiculous because it is also around 100GB) that had similar problems in the same time.

This problem persists for a long time but it has become particularly severe now as I cannot even get to full re-install anymore after many tries.

Can you please introduce a working update system that doesnt destroy the full install every time? I see that a patch, size of 6 GB, comes out for a 100 GB game and I have nightmares straight away.

I have Windows 11.
